- In den EU-Ländern und dem Rest der Welt erfolgt der Versand mit DHL Premium.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs and transit times vary by country and customer group (private customers or commercial/business customers).
Private customers:Private customers:
- Innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir pro Bestellung Mindestversandkosten von 4,99 € mit DHL Premium.
- Für Bestellungen aus Österreich berechnen wir Mindestversandkosten von 7,99 € pro Bestellung mit DHL Premium.
- Für Bestellungen aus den übrigen EU-Ländern berechnen wir Mindestversandkosten von 12,99 € pro Bestellung mit DHL Premium International.
- Für Bestellungen aus Nicht-EU-Ländern berechnen wir Mindestversandkosten von 14,99 € pro Bestellung mit DHL Premium International.
Commercial/Business customers (upon prior registration as business customer):
- Innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir pro Bestellung Mindestversandkosten von 4,50 € netto (ein Paket nicht mehr als 3 kg) mit DHL Premium. Bei abweichender Anzahl von Paketen oder abweichendem Gewicht können sich die Versandkosten pro gewerblicher Bestellung erhöhen.

DELIVERIES AND TRANSIT TIMES
Montado Germany is committed to make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place timely and with a short transit time. Unless otherwise stated in writing, transit time for private and commercial/business customers is 2-4 days for articles in stock and 4-6 weeks for ordered goods.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered article, Montado Germany will inform the customer and will refund the amount that has been paid, within a maximum period of 14 days from the knowledge of the unavailability.
Montado Germany shall not be liable in any way for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from delays in deliveries or for the unavailability of the ordered article.
